Info over Rosemary's Baby:

In 1993 some of the best musicians in Venlo - the Netherlands - hooked up together and formed the band Rosemarys Baby. They wanted to show the stages and audience in Holland what real music should sound like. That same year their debut album called Funky Revolution came out and had an instant interest from musiclovers all throughout Holland. The press called it: James Brown meets Jimi Hendrix. One of their biggest fans was saxophone-player Hans Dulfer (father of wellknown Candy Dulfer) and he often joined the band during live gigs. In the year 2000 they were one of the first European bands that received an invitation for the largest musicfair in the world, NEMO in Boston, USA. After that, as things go, the bandmembers each went their own way. In 2006 leadsinger Mario Nagtzaam and leadgitarist Gino Taihuttu hooked up together out of curiousity, to find out what Rosemarys Baby would sound like after all this time. They locked themselves up in the studio for a couple of months and the result was: 30 new songs! 11 of these songs are to be found on the brandnew selftitled album ''Rosemary's Baby'' The album was released on April 18th 2008 during a sold out performance at Perron 55 in Venlo. You can listen to two of the new songs, namely: Get down to the music and Jump in the river. Also you can check out two songs from our debut album. These are: Funky Revolution and Free like a gypsy. Enjoy the music and see you soon at one of our liveshows
